Dave has spent his career in creative advertising and technology. He has lead small creative shops and big network agencies with one objective—driving the talent and creative product to be bigger and better. He has worked at agencies from Europe to Madison Ave and in categories from acid reflux to atypical antipsychotics.

For a hot second Dave co-founded a tech startup but his love of science, creative advertising, and his entrepreneurial spirit led him to PIXACORE—working to help pharma and their brands benefit from cross-strategy thinking, creative ideas, and technology.

He has partnered with large global companies including: J&J, Ethicon, Janssen, DePuy, Merck, and Unilever within the cpg, pharma, and medical device categories.

Joseph brings a broad perspective to advertising, having previously worked in medical education. His healthcare advertising and marketing experience spans various therapeutic categories, including oncology, mental health, asthma, rare disease, and infectious disease, with an emphasis on launching new products.

Prior to starting his career in medical communications, Joseph spent more than 10 years within the academic research community. Joseph’s work has resulted in numerous peer-reviewed publications in top-tier journals. Joseph was also selected as an invited speaker on several occasions, including at the annual FASEB Summer Research Conference on Protein Folding and at Merck Research Laboratories. Joseph has a BS in biology from the University of Pennsylvania and a doctorate in molecular biology from Princeton University. He performed post-doctoral research at Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center.

Anisha overlooks the overall performance and financial analysis of PIXACORE, while mitigating legal and economic risks. She also is in charge of human resources, property management, funding, insurance, retirement planning, and banking relationships. Anisha plays an integral part in the senior leadership team and participates in the functional decision-making progress necessary for the successful attainment of PIXACORE's operational and financial goals.
