Interactive roleplay for interpersonal skills (IRIS): iPad-based roleplay simulation for verbalization skills. Roleplays with IRIS allow your Reps and MSLs to train for real-world HCP interactions by recording themselves and submitting the recordings for review with their managers. In that way, they can receive constructive feedback on their responses, as well as their body language, etc. IRIS enables multiple predefined routes and outcomes based on feedback during the training.
Pixa Cloud Connect™: A cloud-based solution for secure, 1:1 engagement between an HCP and MSL/rep/financial advisor/call center agent. Pixa Cloud Connect™ enables direct high-quality video and/or voice engagement from any website without installation of third-party tools or apps. It integrates with targeted email systems such as IQVIA and Veeva-approved emails, as well as CRMs such as Veeva and Salesforce. Office 365 integration enables scheduling and email communication through a company calendar and email system.
